A life without yoga is no longer conceivable for me. Yoga helps me

  • to increase my flexibility,
  • to reduce stress and negative thoughts
  • to strengthen my immune system,
  • to let my mind rest,
  • and brings me energy.

Are you looking for a yoga teacher for your retreat? I would love to share my enthusiasm for yoga with you. In my sessions I provide energy, joy and, last but not least, relaxation.

I am trained in Hatha Yoga, but for some years I have been much more interested in practicing Kundalini Yoga and I like to include Kundalini Yoga exercises in my classes.

Kundalini Yoga is considered the most original yoga. Previously, it was reserved exclusively for the royal family until Yogi Bhajan made it popular in the West in the 1960s.

The kundalini energy, which rests at the bottom of the spine, is activated through dynamic or flowing exercises, so-called kriyas, in addition to quiet exercises and versatile mantra meditations. You feel alive and radiant.
